Sigh

Today is the last day of the 1st block of the semester. Due to a few "minor" details, I have had to drop my second block classes and even my Fall semester classes. This is so depressing for me. Who knows when I will be able to return to school :'(

Congratulations to Pam on getting a new grand baby! What fun that must be to have 14 grandchildren. Kudos!

I need to take a lot of time today to get caught up in this class. I was going to withdraw from the class because of personal reasons but, then after speaking with financial aid I realized that's not possible. So I am just going to do as much as I can and get the best grade possible even though I have fallen behind. Re-taking the class is fine with me but I just can't get an E or a UW. If that happens then I will not be in good standing with the financial aids office and returning to school for other semesters will not be an option. So I will just do what I can to at least get a C grade.

It's been such great weather outside today. I wish that I had the time and money to take the kids to go and do something fun.

Missed Class

I missed the second day of class because my son was sick. Because of the fact that summer semester is so fast-paced...I already feel overwhelmed and behind. I am also having computer/internet problems at home. This is creating serious problems for me right now. Hopefully I can get it all figured out.

1st Day of Class

This is my first day in EDEL 2200. I am not very computer savvy. I have never had a blog or my own web page so we will see how this goes. Today we created our own UEN pages and also our own bloggers. I hope that I will be able to keep up with the rest of class with all this new computer technology I am learning. I am looking forward to being able to use some of the skills gained from this class, in my own classroom and I hope that I can make it fun for my students.
